A few weeks ago when I was moving, I was battling some bad breakouts.
Now, my breakouts 1. are absolutely no joke. I’m talking cystic acne around my mouth, on my jawline, my neck… it gets really not pretty. 2. They can take weeks to heal. Long, painful, horrible, embarrassing weeks. 3. The only REAL solution to this battle is to up my hormone balancing herbs and simplify my skincare routine, which is EXACTLY what I did!

I add a few drops of rosewater to maddie’s mask in a bowl and apply with a fan brush. It feels absolutely luxurious and dries in just a few minutes. Rinse with warm water and feel your smooth, clear complexion. Ahhhh.

karan’s cleanser: Speaking of healing rosewater, that’s the main ingredient in this floral, amazing smelling, great working facial cleanser. Frankincense + geranium are the added ingredients to promote beauty. As a Cytophylactic, Frankincense Oil promotes regeneration of healthy cells and also keeps the existing cells and tissues healthy. When you combine this aspect of frankincense oil with its powerful astringent capabilities, you have a potent anti-aging effects that frankincense oil is often used for. It can help you to eliminate sun spots, remove micro-wrinkles around the eyes and cheeks, and generally tone and tighten skin all over your body, while simultaneously replacing old or dying cells with new, healthy ones!
Ingredients: rosewater, organic vegetable glycerin, organic essential oils of frankincense + geranium
lottie’s body oil: Is my favorite of the bunch! I’ve been looking for a holy grail unscented body oil. Nailed it! I am obsessed with this! Packed with nourishing organic oils, this light but effective application feels amazing on the skin and is extremely nourishing and moisturizing. Great for babies and little ones too!
Ingredients: organic coconut oil, sunflower oil, jojoba oil, rice bran oil, cranberry seed + grape seed oil.
timmy’s toner: Is the bomb! I just LOVE this toner! Using it daily. It works SO well and the ingredients are a-ha simple! Plus, 5% of profits are donated to cancer research, which is also a cause that’s dear to my heart. Michelle, the founder of q.c. naturals and I both lost our Dad’s recently – events that connected us immediately. And cancer took them both.
