Shipping

We proudly use the United States Postal Service for fast, efficient delivery through the continental U.S.A.  Shipping within the continental USA is always FREE.

Expedited shipping within the continental USA is available for an additional fee.  This charge is non-refundable.

All US shipping is free. Shipping estimates are based on orders received and funded before 5:00pm Eastern Time.  Shipping is offered to the U.S., U.S. outlying territories, and U.S. military addresses.
Please Note: We cannot offer Expedited Shipping or Next Day Shipping to PO boxes, military addresses, or to Alaska or Hawaii. We will use standard shipping for these addresses (5-8 business day transit time).

To estimate your shipping costs, please add item(s) you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the Checkout Page, where you can see the cost of shipping for each shipping method. Once you have estimated your shipping costs, you may continue to place your order.

Return Policy

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your order. Should you wish to return any of the products you bought for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns for full purchase price within 7 days for any products purchased directly through theorganiclifeblog.com and a 90 day return on our Activated Enhancement Oil.  Overnight shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. A return is defined as an item that you receive and do not find satisfactory within this 7 or 90 day policy. Failure to receive an item that went out for delivery or a customer changing his or her mind after a purchase does not constitute grounds for a return. Sale items are exempt from return.

Lost or Late Packages:

We cannot control or take responsibility for packages lost in transit or for any weather delays or other issues that are out of our control.  

If your tracking number is not providing enough information, please contact your local POST OFFICE or Mail Carrier.  They can access more information for you.

* Once packages leave us, it is 100% in the care the post office to deliver the packages to you.  

* Ensure you provide us with your correct address according to USPS.

* Sometimes neighbors may receive packages for you.  Check with your mail carrier, your doorman, neighbors and of course your local post office. 

We will try our best to help you track your order.  Keep in mind, we can only access the tracking information that is also provided to you. 

Refund Policy

Refund payment will be processed upon receipt of the product. Refund will be credited to the original payment method. Overnight shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Return Process

Please contact us directly if you wish to return a product. Kindly note that return shipping costs are not covered, and we do not provide shipping labels for returns. Please contact our Customer Care Team at info@genetixorganic.com if you need any further information or assistance. There is a ten dollar restocking fee per returned item.
