I’m about as low-maintenance as it gets when it comes to fitness. My version of ready-to-go is a 3-second bun and no makeup. I prefer the track of my local high school over a gym membership, and the idea of sticking to the same routine every day instead of switching it up is a total nightmare. As a busy business owner, author, and speaker, it sometimes seems near impossible to find the inspiration to get up and move when all I want to do is relax after a long day.
Instead of giving myself the excuse that I’m too busy, too tired or not in the mood to work out, I try to do my routine alongside my busy schedule, instead of around it. I get fitness in no matter what – even when I’m on-the-go. If I can do it, you can too!
