This week was beautiful.
New Moon, new changes, new friends, new sheets. I have felt light: birds dancing, lots of looking up, moving my body in new ways, burning bushes, sage and rose and rosemary, kundalini. Yoga grounds, lavender tea, said beautiful hellos and goodbyes, silver rings speaking with every breath that I do. Listened to some of my old music, brushed up on scales, played Visual Exchange every morning at sunrise, strong visualizations in the tub that left me in happy tears. Beautiful sunsets, crescent moon, peaceful clouds, and brushing up on my philosophy. Broke out my film cameras: spent some moment changing film on my bed in the sunlight & drank it in. I traveled the streets of Hollywood, climbed a few mountains and ran barefoot on the beach.
